剑桥经济学相关有三个项目：

MPhil in Economics

MPhil in Finance and Economics

MPhil in Economic Research（是为继续修读PhD做准备，相当于博士学位第一年课程）

 

MPhil in Economics将为学生提供政府经济服务和经济咨询等专业经济学知识技能培养，通过宏微观及计量经济学等高级技能培养，获得专业领域工作技能，并具备独立研究和实践能力，爲今后从事商业、政府、研究提供夯实基础。该项目适合想进一步强化经济学知识，毕业直接就业的同学，不适合希望继续攻读博士的同学；如果想要继续攻读博士，可以在课程开始前两周的数学课程培训，最后有个测验，成绩好的同学（＞90%）可申请转入MPhil in Economics Research。

 

课程设置：Each student will take seven modules plus a dissertation. All modules (except Econometric Methods) have 18 hours of lectures. The module on Econometric Methods has 27 hours of lectures.

1、Attendance of the Preparatory Course on Mathematics and Statistics

2、Two compulsory module in each of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, and one module in Econometrics [5]

3、Two optional modules [2]

4、A dissertation of up to 10,000 words

申请和录取情况：

 

UK High II.i Honours Degree (香港85+，建议90+；美本3.8/4)，要求经济学相关专业背景，修过中级微观经济学、宏观经济学、计量经济学，普通商科、会计或管理学位无法满足背景要求；IELTS：7.5(7)；TOEFL：110(25)，对于非英本同学必须提交GRE，不考虑GMAT，而且要求数学部分90%以上。普通高校同学想要冲击剑桥强烈建议参加2+2交换项目。

 

IC-MSc Risk Management and Financial Engineering
